Privacy policy

This policy describes how your personal data is processed by the Terra Corrèze service, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Data controller

The site publisher (see legal notice). For any question regarding your data: contact@terra-correze.com.

Data collected

The only connected feature to date is authentication, handled by the Kudu service. When you create an account or sign in, we process:

• your email address and, where applicable, your name;
• your password, stored only in encrypted form by Kudu;
• an authentication token (JWT) kept in your browser's local storage for the duration of the session.

As no payment is real, no banking data is collected. The rest of the site (merchants, group buys) relies on fictional data.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to create and secure your account (access management, password reset). The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures / of the service you request by creating an account.

Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists, then deleted upon a deletion request. The local token expires on sign-out or when the session expires.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the publisher and by the Kudu service that handles authentication. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@terra-correze.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
